Manuel Margineanu debut in Porto

Manuel Nicolás Margineanu has had an intense activity in Portugal. First prize, two consecutive years, in two different categories, at the CPO, he will have, shortly after his debut at Casa da Música do Porto (April 18), a trip to Portimão, for a recital as soloist, on April 22!

Manuel Nicolas Margineanu was born in Toledo on June 28, 2007. At the age of 8, he entered the Amaniel Professional Music Conservatory in Madrid and is currently studying at Musical Arts Madrid. At only 15 years old, Manuel Nicolas Margineanu has already been awarded in dozens of music competitions, namely, Absolute First Prize in the International Competition “Little Great Pianists” of Sigüenza in 2017; First Prize in the National Competition of Albacete in 2018; First Prize in the International Competition for Young Performers “Música Callada”, Avila, 2018; Absolute First Prize, “VI City of Seville Competition” and First Prize in the International Competition “Maria Herrero”, Granada in 2020, among many others.

He has given piano recitals in Madrid, Granada, Seville and Brussels and recorded his first album “Young Music Talents 2020” as the winner of the International Piano Competition “City of Seville” in 2020.
